1. Who we are

Local Job Visibility Score (the "Tool", "we", "us") is a free diagnostic tool operated by Trionaire. We help local service businesses understand how their Google Business Profile compares against competitors. By using the Tool you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect

When you use the Tool we collect:

  • Business information you enter into the form (business name, city, state, industry, company size).
  • Contact information (first name, last name, email, and - if you unlock the full report - phone number).
  • Public Google Business Profile data we look up on your behalf (rating, review count, website, hours, photos count, category, address).
  • Attribution data from the URL you arrive on (UTM parameters, Google Ads gclid, Meta fbclid, Microsoft msclkid, referring URL).
  • Anonymous usage data via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta Pixel - including page views, button clicks, and form-submission events. We do not collect sensitive personal data through these tools.

3. How we use it

  • Generate your free visibility-score report and store it so you can return to it.
  • Contact you by email, SMS, or phone about your report and our services. By submitting your contact information you consent to receive these messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (SMS) or by emailing us.
  • Improve the Tool and our ad targeting through aggregated analytics.

4. Who we share it with

We share necessary data with the following third-party processors:

  • Supabase - hosts the database that stores your report.
  • Google Places API - returns public profile data for the business you submit.
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads - measure ad performance and site usage.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel + Conversions API - measure ad performance and improve ad targeting.
  • HighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM - manages the follow-up emails, SMS, and call routing we send you.
  • Calendly - books the free consultation if you choose to schedule one.
  • Hostinger - hosts the front-end of this Tool.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta Pixel) to measure how visitors interact with the Tool and to attribute ad campaigns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some functionality may be reduced if you do.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at gab@trionairemedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK/California you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA - the same email applies.

7. Data retention

Reports are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Contact records are kept for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, plus 24 months.

8. Not affiliated with Google

The score this Tool produces is based on public Google Business Profile signals and estimated industry conversion factors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google. "Google" is a trademark of Google LLC.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
