Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Local Job Visibility Score (the "Tool") operated by Trionaire ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

2. What the Tool does

The Tool produces a free diagnostic report based on public Google Business Profile signals and industry-typical conversion factors. The report includes a score, estimated revenue at risk, and a list of growth gaps. The Tool is provided as a free service to help local service businesses understand their online visibility.

3. Estimates are estimates

The "missed calls", "missed jobs", "revenue at risk", and rank percentages shown in your report are estimates derived from industry-typical assumptions and your score. They are not guarantees, projections, or financial advice. Your actual performance depends on local market volume, your close rate, competitor activity, and many factors outside our visibility. We make no warranty that any specific outcome will follow from acting on the report.

4. No affiliation with Google

The Tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google. We use the public Google Places API and publicly available profile data. "Google" and "Google Business Profile" are trademarks of Google LLC.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business whose information you submit. You agree to provide accurate information.

6. Communications consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by email, SMS, and phone about your report and our related services. You can opt out at any time - reply STOP to any SMS, click "unsubscribe" on any email, or email us at gab@trionairemedia.com . Message and data rates may apply.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a business you are not authorized to act on behalf of.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to overload the Tool.
• Use the Tool to harass or defame any business or person.

8. Intellectual property

The Tool's design, copy, scoring formula, and software are owned by Trionaire. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works without written permission. Your business information remains yours.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data shown is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trionaire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Tool. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Tool is limited to $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trionaire harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Tool or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "last updated" date at the top tracks revisions.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
